New Delhi: A man throws yoghurt on two women’s heads as they were not wearing hijabs in a public place. The incident took place in a grocery store in Iran. The women were arrested for not covering their hair as it is a mandatory dress code.
A man is seen on video approaching one of the unveiled women and speaking to her before grabbing a tub of yoghurt from the shop and throwing it, hitting both women in the head.

Women face arrest for not covering their hair. Many have defied the mandatory dress code in protest of the death of a young woman in custody who allegedly violated hijab rules.
According to media reports the two women were arrested after an arrest warrant was issued for failing to wear the hijab in public. The incident is being investigated, and the male suspect has been arrested for disturbing the peace.
