Virat Kohli shared opinion on game

In the post-match press conference, Virat Kohli said that the game shouldn’t have this long. He said, “You spoke about the last over. It was kind of that situation because of me not being able to connect a few before that. The game shouldn’t have gone on that long and we should have probably (had) 4 or 5 to chase in the last over and not 11.”

“So it was important to maintain my composure and get one boundary at least for the team and I was able to do so and I am grateful for that,” he added.

Took our chances, we were brave – Rohit Sharma

While talking about the experiments that Indian team made in the past few games, Indian captain Rohit Sharma said, “We took our chances, we were brave as well. Sometime it doesn’t come off. There are areas to improve as well. Not easy coming back after a break against a tough team. They (Bumrah and Harshal) will take some time. Hopefully they can get back into their groove in the next series.”
