However, fiber has many benefits such as it helps in managing weight. But consuming more fiber is not good for everyone, due to which you may have to face many problems related to the body.

Fibre is heavy, due to which it can also slow down digestion. Due to this, there are problems like gas and bloating in your stomach. If you are also facing any such digestive problem, then there are some low-fiber food items that can be beneficial for you.

Yogurt is rich in protein, fat, vitamins and minerals. If you want to go ahead with a low fiber diet, then curd is the best way to do it.
