GATE 2023: The schedule for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, (GATE 2023) has been released. This year, IIT Kanpur will organize it and the registration process will start on August 30 on the official website — gate.iitk.ac.in — Candidates who wish to apply for the Computer Based Test (CBT) can apply through the official website.
GATE 2023 Eligibility: Only these students can apply
- Students who are in their final year of engineering or have completed their graduation can apply for this exam.
- Students should note that their certification or degree should be from a recognized university or agency.
- Apart from India, citizens of Sri Lanka, Dubai, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal and Singapore can also participate in this exam.
- There is no age limit to participate in this exam.

- Last date for registration: 30 September 2022
- Registration date (with late fee): October 07, 2022
- Correction in Application Form – 4th November to 22nd November 2022
- GATE Admit Card Release Date: January 03, 2023

- Date of challenge by candidates on answer key: 22 February to 25 February 2023

- Go to the official website gate.iitk.ac.in
- On the homepage, click on the link which reads “GATE 2023 REGISTRATION.”
- Register yourself on the portal
- Once registered, log in using the system-generated ID and password
- Fill up the application form
- Upload the required documents
- Pay the application fee
