New Delhi: A man thrashed his father to death after the latter did not approve him to become ‘Ghar Jamai.’ After the murder, the dead body was thrown on the roadside.

The police have arrested the accused along wih his accomplice. The matter pertains to the Osian police station area of ​​Rajasthan’s Jodhpur.

As per media reports, an information was received on Thursday that the dead body of a man was lying on the side of the road going from village Shivnagar to Ekalkhori. The police rushed to the spot.

The deceased was identified as Shaitanram Vishnoi (38). On investigation, it was revealed that Shaitanram’s son Manish (21) and his accomplice Kailash Khindhar (27) had beaten him to death due to family enmity who were also relatives.

Woman, In-Laws Insists Man To Become Ghar Jamai 

It came to light that Shaitan Ram’s wife Amala Devi (34) was living separately from her husband in her village Ekalkhori for three and a half years. As she had no brother, she insisted her husband to come live with her at her parents house.

After which, Shaitanram’s in-laws started pressuring him but he keep refusing to it. Shaitanram’s son Manish was also angry with this. The daughter (19) was also in favor of the mother.

Both Manish and Kailash are unemployed, while the son is said to be a drug addict. He had dropped out of school a year ago and lived with his mother in the maternal home. Shaitanram’s daughter is preparing for competition exam.

Police has taken Amala Devi into custody. It has said that Manish has no previous crime record. Shaitanram has 5 brothers. Everyone lives separately. Shaitanram lived alone in his house and used to do farming.
