Aligarh, UP: A bus heading toward Farrukhabad fell off a flyover leaving a woman passenger dead while other 25 on the vehicle were injured. The incident took place in Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday.
As per a report of the news agency PTI, the police informed that the accident took place in the morning. The official further said the accident occurred after the bus driver lost control of the steering wheel.
The police official said, in the horrific road accident, a woman passenger lost her life on the spot. Meanwhile, five people among the 25 injured were admitted to hospital in a critical condition.
All the injured passengers were rushed to a medical college soon after the rescue team reached at the incident site.
