New Delhi: The upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 350 has been tested again and gives us a clearer look at the bike. The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is expected to get the new J-series engine that currently underpins their entire 350cc lineup, including the Meteor 350, Classic 350 and the recently launched Hunter 350.

Upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Engine

The upcoming Bullet 350 is expected to be powered by the same J-series engine found in other 350cc offerings from the Chennai-based manufacturer. Currently, this engine is good for 20bhp and 27Nm in the three models it supports, and these figures are likely to remain unchanged in the Bullet 350. This engine houses the same double downtube frame derived from other new-age Enfields, which gets rid of the single-cradle utilitarian unit.

Upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Design and Features

The design of the Bullet 350 remains largely the same as the Classic 350, with a few distinctive features. For starters, the Bullet 350’s two-piece seat is replaced by a one-piece unit and the rear fender design is also different from the Classic.

The bike seen here shares the same tail lamp and indicators as the Classic 350, and this will most likely carry over to the production-ready model. While the current UCE-powered Bullet 350 has no electronic features to boast of, the upcoming model will most likely feature a Tripper navigation module (at least as an option).

Upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Price and Rivals

Currently, the Bullet 350 is priced between ₹1.48 lakh-₹1.63 lakh (ex-showroom, India) making it the most affordable model in the current RE lineup. Although with the amount of changes this new model will bring, we expect it to carry a significant premium over the current model.

With the Hunter 350 priced between Rs 1.50-1.68 lakh, it remains to be seen whether the Bullet 350 in J-series guise will retain the tag of the most affordable RE or the Hunter 350 will take up the mantle. entry point into the vast world of society.
