New Delhi: Hop Oxo Electric Bike: Two-vehicle electric startup HOP Electric launched its Hop Oxo electric bike in September. This company bike comes in two variants – Hop Oxo and Oxo X. The special thing is that you can ride 400 km for 100 rupees through the company e-bike.
The company will have to pay only Rs 999 to book the bike. Now the delivery of this bike has started. The company has delivered 2500 units to customers in Jaipur. It has received 10,000 bookings since its launch. Apart from Jaipur, deliveries will also start soon in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and West Bengal.
Hop Oxo Electric Bike Range
These electric motorcycles (Oxo and Oxo X) have different ranges depending on the battery. A 3.75 kWh lithium-ion battery was provided. In the Oxo X variant, you get 150 km on a full charge. There is a range, a maximum speed of 95 km and a torque of 200 Nm. The company says that the running cost per 1 km is only 25 paise. This way you can travel 400 km for 100 rupees.
At the same time, 135 km in the Oxo variant on a full charge. It offers a range, a maximum speed of 90 km and a torque of 185 Nm. In turbo mode, the Hop Oxo-X can accelerate from 0-40 km/h in 4 seconds. The bike can be charged with its own portable smart charger on a 16 amp socket. Charging from 0 to 80% takes less than 4 hours.
Features
These bikes are also advanced in terms of features. It will get a 5-inch digital display and three driving modes – Eco, Power and Sport. The bike comes in a total of 5 color variants.
The Hop Oxo electric motorcycle comes with 4G connectivity, multi-mode regenerative braking, anti-theft system, speed control, geo-fencing and ride statistics. The Hop Oxo costs Rs 1.25 lakh and the Oxo X variant costs Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom).
