It is very tasty to eat, and one feels like eating it again and again. Making ‘Vada Pav’ is also very easy, so today we will tell you a wonderful recipe for making this.
Vada Pav Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 cups gram flour
- 10 piece pav
- 2 cups refined oil
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 500 grams boiled potatoes
- 4 green chillies (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons salt (as per taste)
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 1 tsp turmeric powder

Recipe:
- To make ‘Vada Pav’, first, take a frying pan.
- Heat this by adding some oil to a frying pan.
- Add asafoetida-curry leaves to the heated oil and fry well.
- After this add grated garlic, and chopped green chillies.
- Then add mashed potatoes.
- Now add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix.
- Now make a solution by mixing gram flour, turmeric, baking soda and little water.
- When the potato mixture cools down, make tikkis.
- After this take a frying pan and heat the oil in it.
- When the oil becomes hot, dip the tikkis in the batter and then put them in the hot oil.
- Fry all the tikkis in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
- After frying, keep all the tikkis on a plate.
- Cut each pav in half and place a vada in each pav.
- Now, add green chutney, spices and fried house peppers to the vada pav.
Now your ‘Vada Pav’ is completely ready. You can eat it empty or with chutney as well. Nowadays people like this very much and you must try making it at home.
