Uddhampur Air Show: MIG-29, Sukhoi-30, Rafale, Apache

New Delhi: A glimpse of the valor of the Indian Air Force will be visible in the sky of Udhampur on Wednesday. In the air show organized in Uddhampur, the fighter aircraft of the Air Force Rafale, Jaguar, MiG-29 will display their power. For this, preparations have been completed at the Air Force Station. Aircraft have reached Udhampur from different stations of the country to participate in the air show.

The air show is being organized to commemorate Air Force Day. During the show, fighter planes will enthrall the audience with amazing feats. Assault landing will also be demonstrated during the show. The famous Rafale aircraft will be the center of attraction for everyone. Along with this, the feats of the fighter helicopter Chinook, Apache will also be seen.

Paratroopers will make a leap

Akash Ganga will also be showcased in the air show. Air Force personnel wearing parachutes will jump from heights in Akash Ganga. Many prominent army officers including Northern Command Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi will be present in this program. Information about the history of the Air Force will also be given during the program itself.

This is the deadliest attack aircraft of the Indian Air Force named Jaguar. Jaguar’s role was substantial in the 1999 Kargil War, Jaguar is a deadly aircraft, Jaguar is a twin engine fighter plane. Also called strike attack aircraft, Jaguar can easily land on rough surfaces and unprepared runways.

The Jaguar can do low level flying, due to which it can avoid coming under radar and can inflict fatal strikes on the enemy. The payload carrying capacity of the Jaguar is 4500 kg, in which 8 / 500 kg bomb can carry. The Jaguar’s low level flying allows the unguided aur laser guided boom to hit the target with ease.

MiG-29

This is the MIG 29 fighter aircraft and it is very much liked. The MIG 29 has a top speed of 2400 kmph. It can fly up to 1430 km. Even in the Kargil war in 1999, the enemy had to chew on it. After upgrading to the MIG 29, it also gets an air-to-air refilling system. The MiG 29 joined the Indian Air Force in 1985. After upgrading MIG 29, a new radar system has been installed.

The MIG 29 can track 10 targets and engage four targets simultaneously. Air to ground capability attack capability has been achieved after the MiG 29 upgrade. The total capacity of the MIG 29 can take off with an ammunition of 4000 kg. As weapons it uses S5, S8, S24 rocket and as missile it uses r27, rer, et air to air missile.

Sukhoi-30

Sukhoi-30 is the backbone of the Indian Air Force. It was inducted into the Indian Air Force in 2002. So far more than 250 units of it have been made. Sukhoi-30 can take off with a weight of 38800 kg. The maximum speed of Sukhoi-30 is up to Mach 2 and it has a range of 3000 km. Sukhoi-30 can fly in any type of weather.

The successful test of cruise missile BrahMos in 2016 was done from this fighter aircraft Sukhoi-30. Its length is 22 meters and the height is 6 and a half meters. It has two engines. At present, this aircraft is serving all the three wings of the army.

Rafale

This is the Rafale fighter jet aircraft that recently joined the Indian Air Force fleet. Scrab cruise missile is that power of Rafale, through which Rafale can fly any enemy base while flying in the skies of India. Hammer missile for short range attack. A fighter jet can fire 2500 rounds in 1 minute from the gun.

Rafale has as strong a radar system as the F-16 does not have. Rafale radar system installed 40 targets simultaneously at a time within a radius of 100 km can identify. Everyone is proud of Rafale flying in the sky today and the whole world has seen its power before.

Apache: Alexander of the Sky

Apache attack helicopter is known as the Alexander of the sky. On hearing the name of Apache attack helicopter, the enemy gets sweaty. Apache is a 4-blade attack helicopter with turbo shift engine. Apache flies in the sky at a speed of 265 kilometers per hour. With the help of its sensor, it can carry out the operation even at night.

Apache can easily carry rockets and missiles. This helicopter falls under the category of Multirole Combat. It requires two pilots to fly and has two engines. The most important thing about this Apache helicopter is that it can also fire anti-tank guided missiles at the enemy. This is why it is the most dangerous attack helicopter in the world. It has a 30 mm gun and a 70 mm rocket. This attack helicopter can tackle not only ground threats but also any danger in the air.
