The people of the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) woke up to shallow fog in Sunday morning in specific areas, as the minimum temperature in the capital settled at 8.6 degree Celsius, as per the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
However, the Safdurjung observatory, Delhi's base station, reported the minimum temperature of 8.6 degree Celsius, 1.4 degrees above the normal, IMD stated.
Furthermore, Palam observatory witnessed the minimum temperature of 11.2 degree Celsius, 1.6 degrees above the normal temperature for this season, weather department said.
