The Deputy Secretary from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) visited the Integrated Industrial Township of IITGNL on Saturday. The prime minister’s official deputy secretary checked out the plug-and-play system and automated waste plant facilities while observing the progressive features of the smart township.
During the presentation at the Greater Noida Authority auditorium, the Deputy Secretary ordered officials to accelerate the development of MMTH and MMLH projects, as reported by Junaid Akhtar.
The Industrial Township from the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor occupies an area of 750 acres. Shrilaxmi VS who served as the Additional CEO at Greater Noida Authority along with the Director of IITGNL briefed Ghildiyal on the smart features of the township starting at 11 AM.
Inspection Of Key Projects
A comprehensive presentation about the township and MMTH and MMLH projects was offered at the Greater Noida Authority office to Ghildiyal after he checked out the plug-and-play system and automated waste plant. The inspection took place with Director Shrilaxmi VS, Director Prerna Singh, and other members of the IITGNL team.
Automated Waste Disposal System
During the presentation, the officials demonstrated how the township operated with fully automated waste disposal systems. Waste materials within a system of pipelines will reach processing facilities where they will be transformed into compost items. The planned area contains waste collection points clearly marked for each plot. The township enables businesses with the capability to initialize operations instantly through its plug-and-play features together with continuous electricity and 24-hour water supply and non-stop service.
20 Companies Investing In Township
The smart township offers facilities including work-to-cycle infrastructure as well as continuous electric power supply and LED lighting and closed-circuit television monitoring. At present nearly 20 companies have announced their investment in the township development.
Directives For Expediting Projects
Ghildiyal ordered National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT) officials to expedite the MMTH and MMLH project development.
Industry Department Presentation
The in-charge of the industry department at IITGNL Preeti Sharma delivered her presentation to senior officials including General Manager Planning Leenu Sehgal, DGM Finance Abhishek Jain, OSD Ramanayan Singh, and additional personnel.
