Rippling co-founder Prasanna Sankar’s claims about his wife’s alleged affair have sparked a storm on social media. He took to X to share screenshots of an intimate chat between his wife, Divya Shashidar, and a man named Anoop Kuttysankaran. Sankar said that Anoop’s wife provided him those screenshots. Furthermore, she had also accused her husband of being in relation with Divya. In response to his claim Divya came out by sharing another video accusing him of being a ‘sexual pervert’. Prasannan is an Indian businessman who co-founded, $10 billion HR company in San Francisco. He is currently in India to file a divorce.

Divya claimed that her husband lost his job in the US after being arrested in San Francisco for soliciting prostitution. Additionally, She accused him of being a “sexual pervert”. She said that Prasanna used to secretly filmed his assaults on women and alleged that she had also been a victim of his abuse. A US citizen, Sashidar has now sought help from the Chennai police, alleging that her husband kidnapped their son.
She said, “People say that children grow up in a similar way as their parents. My father-in-law has also indulged in sexual offences. He abused my mother-in-law and chased her away from home. Now I am in need of desperate help from Chennai police. Please help,” Divya pleaded in her testimony.
Divya has reached out to authorities for help, claiming that her husband threatened her and their son over a property dispute, leaving them with no choice but to move to India from Singapore.
“Now, I do not know what to do. US Embassy and Chennai police are helping me to find the whereabouts of my son. I do not know whether he is being threatened by my husband’s PA,” she added.
According to Divya, her husband’s father also has a history of committing similar offences against women, which prevented both families from resolving their matrimonial disputes through dialogue.

Prasanna Sankar in a recent move, took to X (formerly Twitter) on March 23, alleged that his wife Dhivya, cheated on him with a man named, Anoop, for over six months. Additionally, The entrepreneur has shared few screenshots accusing his wife, of having another affair with Anoop Kuttysankaran. He claimed that the screenshots were shared by Anoop’s wife with the details of them booking private hotel bookings.
Who’s Prasanna Sarkar?
Prasanna Sankar, or Prasanna Sankaranarayanan, is an Indian-origin entrepreneur currently residing in Singapore. He is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science between 2004 and 2008. He met his wife Dhivya Sashidhar there and married her. His early career included stints at tech giants such as Google and Microsoft, where he gained valuable industry experience.
Before Rippling, Sankar co-founded LikeALittle, a social networking platform, and held the position of Director of Engineering at Zenefits. It is a software company specialized in human resources solutions. His LinkedIn profile suggest that Prasanna left Rippling in 2020. After he began a Singapore-based “social network for crypto natives” 0xPPL in 2023. Prasanna honed his skills in competitive programming before embarking on his entrepreneurial ventures.
