Delhi High Court Issues Notice On Petition Filed By Kejriwal
Delhi: The High Court has issued a notice on the petition filed by former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, challenging the order of the sessions court. According to reports, Kejriwal had approached the HC seeking a revision of the sessions court’s decision, that dismissed his challenge to the summons issued by the court in connection with complaints filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The ED had issued the summons for Kejriwal’s failure to appear before them despite early notices. The ED opposed the petition, and the High Court has now scheduled the matter for a hearing on December 19.
