New Delhi: For Spider-Man: Across the SpiderVerse, a new teaser has been released. On April 4, 2023, the sequel’s caravan will be released. Miles Morales will return to the movie for the scene in which Spider-Man is launched across the multiverse.

In the teaser, Spider-Man runs into a group of Spider-people tasked with guarding his existence. The supervillain The Spot (Jason Schwartzman), whose body is covered in interdimensional gateways that allow him to explore the Multiverse, presents a new threat, and the heroes struggle with him.

The cast also includes Shea Whigham (Boardwalk Empire) as Gwen’s father, NYPD Captain George Stacy, and Jorma Taccone (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping) from The Lonely Island as the Vulture. Isaac (Moon Knight), who played the Miguel O’Hara Spider-Man 2099 in the post-credits scene of Into the Spider-Verse, returns as the character.

About the sequel, producer and co-writer Christopher Miller said, “When you’re growing up, there’s that feeling that you want to see what the world has to offer. You want to go out there, and the push-and-pull of wanting to stay rooted with your family and then also [needing to] leave the nest is what the whole movie is about.”
