Tata Punch EV: The EV version of Tata’s Micro SUV car Punch is coming soon. Currently, Tata Punch available in the market has an engine of 1199 cc. This petrol engine generates power of 86.63 Bhp. It gets both manual and automatic transmissions. The car returns a mileage of up to 20.09 kmpl. (Tata Punch EV)

Charging range

According to media reports, the Punch electric car will run for 350 km once it is fully charged. It will get a new rotary dial and electronic parking brake. Recently, while testing it, photos went viral on social media. Tata Punch EV will get the feature of 7-inch touch screen and auto AC.

Features

It is expected to get two battery packs. At present, the company has not made any disclosure about its launch date and price. It is likely that it will be introduced in the Indian market before December 2023 and its starting price can be kept at Rs 12 lakh ex-showroom.

Looks & Rivals

It will compete with the Citroen eC3 in the market. The Punch EV will get a front fascia similar to the ICE Punch. Its rear will get a charging port similar to the Nexon EV and Tiago EV. There is a possibility of getting some different badging on its front grille.
