Among the highly anticipated reveals are the iPhone 15 series, Apple Watch Series 9, and Apple Watch Ultra 2. Additionally, the event might unveil the release dates for a range of other products, including iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS 14, tvOS 17, watchOS 10, and macOS Sonoma.
The iPhone 15, a key highlight of the event, is rumored to offer notable features. It’s expected to sport a 6.06-inch display and boast 8GB of RAM for storage. Camera enthusiasts will be pleased with the inclusion of a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 48-megapixel camera. Connectivity options are set to include USB Type-C.
Apple is also likely to introduce a variety of models within the iPhone 15 series, comprising the standard iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the intriguing iPhone 15 Ultra.
The launch event is scheduled for September 12, with the iPhone 15 anticipated to be available for purchase on September 22. Pricing is expected to commence at $799, with the highest-end variant estimated to cost approximately Rs 1,06,500.
Notably, design changes are on the horizon, with the iPhone 15 rumored to ditch Apple’s proprietary Lightning port in favor of a USB Type-C charging solution. Additional features might include solid-state volume and power buttons for the Pro models, curved side frames, and a titanium frame and body. An array of color options is anticipated, including Titan Gray, Dark Blue, and even matching colors for USB cables.
Display sizes are expected to vary, ranging from 6.1 inches for the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro to a more expansive 6.7 inches for the iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro Max. While there may not be major hardware upgrades to the cameras, the iPhone 15 series is expected to build upon the innovations introduced in the iPhone 14 series, such as the 48MP primary lens on the Pro models.
