New Delhi: Tokyo Olympics Gold medalist Neeraj Chopra has confirmed the participation in the Lausanne Diamond League. The Indian star took to Twitter to share the news and shared the picture of himself.
This will be the first time after World Championship silver that Chopra will be showing his heroics on the ground. He missed on Commonwealth Games in Birmingham due to injury and will now be seen in Lausanne.

The 24-year-old athlete wrote on Twitter, “Feeling strong and ready for Friday. Thanks for the support, everyone. See you in Lausanne! @athletissima.”

Earlier in the Stockholm Diamong League, Chopra finished second and currently stands at 4th positioni n the Diamond League standings.
The top-six finalists for the Zurich final will be decided after the Lausanne edition of the tournament. The grand finale will be held on September 6 and 7.
