Prabhsimran Singh Steers PBKS To 214/5

Opting to bat first, PBKS openers Prabhsimran Singh and Atharva Taide put early pressure on SRH bowlers by hitting good shots right from the start. While Atharva had to depart after scoring a well-made 46, his opening partner continued to strike for the visitors on the day.

It was Prabhsimran Singh’s 45-ball 71 which steered the Punjab Kings to a strong total in their final game of the campaign. The only overseas player in the squad, Rilee Rossouw (49) too contributed well with the bat for his side but failed to complete his half-century.
