Thepla Recipe: Ingredients
– 1/2 cup wheat flour
– 1/2 cup jowar flour
– 1/2 cup gram flour
– 1/2 cup ragi flour
– 1 cup curd
– ½ cup fenugreek, finely chopped
– 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
– 1 tsp ajwain
– 1 tsp crushed red chilli
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– a pinch of asafoetida
– Salt as per taste
– 2 tbsp oil

Method
- To make thepla, first of all, put all types of flour in a wide utensil.
- Now put all the spices and a little oil in it and add a little curd as well.
- Now add water little by little and knead the dough soft and keep it for a while to set.
- After that make small balls of dough and break them.
- Now roll out roti-shaped theplas from these balls.
- Then apply a little oil on the griddle, put the plate on it and roast it from both sides by applying light oil.
- Your Multigrain Methi Theplas are ready. They look very tasty to eat and are liked by everyone.
- You can eat thepla with green chutney or tea.
