Potato Beetroot Cutlet Recipe: Ingredients
- 1 cup grated beetroot
- 2 tbsp ground peanuts
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- Rock salt as needed
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 small potato
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp dried mango powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

METHOD
- To make potato cutlets, first, boil the potatoes, cool them and mash them.
- Now mix all the spices well with the crushed peanuts.
- Now add mashed potatoes and grated beetroot to this spice.
- After this, prepare a good mixture of all these with the help of a hand.
- After this, put ghee in a nonstick pan, and heat it.
- Then prepare tikkis by applying oil on your hands from the prepared mixture.
- After this, place the tikki in a hot pan to roast.
- Fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown from both sides.
- Likewise, roast all the tikkis.
- Your tikkis are ready, now serve them with any sauce or chutney.
