Potato Beetroot Cutlet Recipe: Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated beetroot
  • 2 tbsp ground peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • Rock salt as needed
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 small potato
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

METHOD

  • To make potato cutlets, first, boil the potatoes, cool them and mash them.
  • Now mix all the spices well with the crushed peanuts.
  • Now add mashed potatoes and grated beetroot to this spice.
  • After this, prepare a good mixture of all these with the help of a hand.
  • After this, put ghee in a nonstick pan, and heat it.
  • Then prepare tikkis by applying oil on your hands from the prepared mixture.
  • After this, place the tikki in a hot pan to roast.
  • Fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown from both sides.
  • Likewise, roast all the tikkis.
  • Your tikkis are ready, now serve them with any sauce or chutney.
