Paneer Roll Recipe: Ingredients
Grated paneer – 100 grams, Flour – 100 grams, Boiled carrot – 100 grams, Finely chopped onion – 1, French beans – 100 grams, Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon, Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon, Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon, Red chilli – 1/4 tsp, Salt – as per taste, Oil – as required
Method
To make a paneer roll, first of all, you have to take flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt to it and knead it.

After this, you make roti from flour and after that put some oil in a pan and heat it on the medium flame when the pan becomes hot, add cumin and fry it after adding chopped onion and fry it for 30 seconds.

After this, add boiled carrots, french beans, and green coriander and mix it well then add cheese and lemon juice and let it cook for about 2 minutes and now your mixture is ready to make rolls.

After this, you take roti and spread this mixture in it and spread it well from all sides. Then roll the roti in it and make rolls from all the rotis like this. After this, your roll is completely ready, and you can serve it to eat.
