Navratri Vrat Recipe: Today i.e. March 22, Navratri has started from Wednesday. Today is the first day of Navratri and most of the devotees keep fast for Maa Durga on this day, while some keep the fast for nine days.

Sabudana Khichdi: Ingredients
- 1 cup- Sabudana
- 2- Boiled potatoes
- 2 to 3 tbsp – Ghee
- 1 tsp – cumin
- 1- Lemon
- 2-3 tbsp – Green coriander
- 1 tsp – rock salt
- 2 to 3 finely chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup roasted peeled peanuts
Keep in mind this important thing
The first thing to do to make sago khichdi is to soak the sago for 5-6 hours. If you want to make a recipe with sago at night, soak it in water in the morning itself. Whereas, to use it in the morning, you have to soak sago overnight. Explain in simple language, Sabudana can be made properly only after soaking for at least 6 hours.

Recipe
- First of all, place a nonstick pan on the gas and heat ghee in it.
- Lightly roast cumin seeds, green chillies and moong pods in it.
- Now cut the boiled potatoes and put them in it.
- After this mix soaked sago and rock salt and stir.
- Lower the flame of the gas by adding a little water to it, cover the khichdi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In this way sago khichdi will be ready.
- You can eat lemon and green chutney mixed from above.
- Curd can also be consumed along with Sabudana Khichdi.
