Litchi – 1 cup
sugar – as per taste
Lemon – 1
Mint leaves – 6-8
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Ice cubes – 5-6
Water – 2 glasses
Method
- To make litchi syrup, first peel the litchi and separate its seeds.
- Now separate its pulp and put it in a vessel.
- After this put the pulp in a jar and then add mint, sugar and black salt to it.
- After this, you also add a little water to it and then blend them all well.
- Now make a very smooth paste of it, when it becomes well blended, then you filter it with the help of a sieve.
- After this you can also add some water to it.
