Green Pea Pickle Recipe: Ingredients
Peas – 1/2 kg,
Fennel – 1 tsp,
Ajwain – 3/4 tsp,
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp,
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp,
Dry Mango – 1/2 tsp,
Pickle Masala – 4 oil – 2 tsp
To make pea pickles, first of all, peel the peas and wash them with water and filter them in a sieve, so that all the water present in the peas is removed. After this, put oil in a pan and keep it on medium heat to heat, and let the oil heat for about 1 minute.
After this, add fennel and celery and fry it after frying for a few seconds, add turmeric powder and peas to it. After this, mix the peas with the spices well with a big spoon. After this add red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix it well.
After roasting while stirring for some time, mix pickle masala powder in it. After this add dry mango powder to it and cover the utensil and cook till the peas become soft.
