- Cauliflower (500 grams)
- Curd (1/4 cup)
- Cumin (2 tsp)
- Ghee (1 tbsp)
- Asafoetida (a pinch)
- salt to taste
- Coriander (1 tbsp)
- Turmeric (1/2 tsp)
- Garam Masala (1/4 tsp)
- Ginger (1 tbsp finely chopped)
- Green chili (1 tbsp finely chopped)

To make Cabbage Dahiwala, first of all put a pan on the gas. Mix ghee, cumin and asafoetida together in it. Fry it for about 2 minutes and then add ginger and curd to it and mix it well. Cover and cook it for about two minutes.
After this add turmeric, coriander, garam masala, green chillies and salt to it and mix. Now you have to add chopped cauliflower in it. After this mix well. Now after mixing these ingredients, cover and cook for about 12 minutes. In this way, Cabbage Dahiwala is ready. Garnish it by adding cumin powder and coriander leaves on top. Now you can serve it with hot roti.
