Step-By-Step Guide
- Blend lightly crushed moong sprouts with your preferred vegies in a food processor.
2. Combine the blend with besan and ginger garlic paste. Add water to form a spreadable batter.
3. Add Red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, and coriander powder in the batter. Mix them well & keep them aside for a while to absorb flavours.
4. Heat a pan add some oil and pour in the batter into a circular shape.
5. Drizzle oil and sesame seeds on the batter and flip until turning brown.
6. Cook until golden brown and serve with chutney and raita.
