Dahi Bhalla Recipe: Ingredients
Boiled potatoes – 3, finely chopped green chilies – 1, cornflour – 3 spoons, finely chopped ginger – 1/2 inch, whipped curd – 6 cups, red chili powder, salt as per taste, roasted cumin powder, sweet chutney, tamarind sour sauce
To make Dahi Bhalla, you have to first grate the boiled potatoes and take them out in a plate. After this, mash the paneer in another plate and stuff the potatoes in it.
After this, add ginger, green chillies and cornflour to it and fry it in the shape of a big one. Then put curd on the bhalla that has been prepared after frying.

After this add red chili powder, roasted cumin, sweet and sour chutney and serve dahi bhallas. Along with this, Dahi Bhalla can be made in many other ways as well.
