Beetroot Chips Recipe: Beetroot chips are very tasty to eat. But often we get lazy in making it at home or make small mistakes due to which it is not as fun as it should be. Even if it is said that there will be some people who have never eaten beetroot chips, then there is nothing to be surprised about. We would like to say that everyone must try beetroot chips once.

They do not harm like the rest of the normal chips and are not less than any in taste. Today we will tell you such an easy way to make beetroot chips which you can easily make at home.

Beetroot Chips Recipe: Ingredients 

  • Beetroot – 5 pieces
  • Black pepper – 3 pinches
  • salt – as per taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Rosemary – 1/2 tsp

Method: 

  • First of all, clean the beetroot and cut it into thin slices.
  • Grease a baking tray with oil and place the beetroot slices on the tray.
  • Now sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary on top of the slices.
  • Next, hit the oven to about 150 degrees. When the oven is heated, keep the baking tray inside the oven and leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Now your chips are ready. After 10 minutes, when the chips are ready, you can eat them.

Beetroot benefits

Beetroot is very beneficial for our bodies. This cures anaemia and helps keep blood pressure low. It prevents hepatitis and also helps in keeping cholesterol low. Beneficial for children. Sugar also controls, and beetroot is also anti-cancer.
