Mangaluru: After the murder of BJP worker Praveen Nettaru in Karnataka, now a case of murder of another youth has come to the fore. A youth has been murdered by an unknown group in Surathkal on the outskirts of Mangaluru. The young man was murdered with a knife.
The police has started investigating the matter.
Section 144 implemented in many districts
After the murder of the youth, tension has increased in many districts of the state. Due to this, Section 144 of CrPC has been imposed in Surathkal, Mulki, Bajpe, Panambur. According to the Commissioner of Police, a youth named Fazil was attacked with a knife by a group of youths.
After getting information about the matter, the police has registered an FIR in Surathkal PS.
Big crowd during last journey
Tension prevailed in the area following the murder of a youth belonging to a minority community by an unknown group in Surathkal near Mangaluru. A large number of people gathered for his last journey. Security has been increased in many districts of the state.
