Viral Video: There was a clash between students and police in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. ABVP students were protesting with their demands in DAV College here.

According to the information, ABVP students were protesting in Kanpur’s DAV College regarding scholarship and increased fees. It has been told that during the protest these students were going to burn the effigy of the college principal.
On receiving the information, the concerned police station reached the spot. The police tried to stop the students. During this time there was a clash between the students and the police.

ACP (Kotwali in-charge) was also present on the spot along with the police station. The ACP fell on the road during the scuffle between students and police. During this time the people present shot the video in the camera.
The video is going viral on social media. The uproar increased after the incident. Police force and PAC of about 10 police stations have been deployed in the college. The Joint Police Commissioner of Kanpur has also reached there and tried to convince the students.
