All the Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states are in trouble because of Shivraj Singh Chouhan. His Ladli Behen Yojana is being discussed across states, people have got to know about the wonderful scheme and now they’re expecting us to enact it in our respective states which seems difficult owing to our financial condition, said Himanta Biswa Sarma while interacting with media in Harda district of Madhya Pradesh.

Ahead of assembly polls, MP CM Shivraj Singh has launched a series of schemes for the welfare of women under the Ladli Behen Yojana which is being applauded by other BJP leaders and people of the state. But as per the CM of Assam, he has put other chief ministers in trouble because now it’s pressure on them to enact such schemes.

Himanta also added that he is unable to have proper sleep and after the MP assembly elections are over, he would ask Mr. Chouhan how can he and other CMs adopt that scheme in their respective states.

Known for being outspoken, Himanta also said that using the country’s name, INDIA, for the alliance will serve no purpose and Congress’ trait of stealing titles is not new, it started when they stole the ‘Gandhi’ surname.
About ex-CM of Madhya Pradesh, Kamalnath, he said that they tried approaching him and offered him to join the BJP. However, for him Gandhi family is important. For Congress, not the nation but the Gandhi family comes first whereas for the BJP nation comes before the party.

The CM of Assam participated in the Ashirvaad Yatra to campaign for Shivraj Singh before addressing the public of the state.
