Bhopal: Calling film personalities Shabana Azmi, Naseeruddin Shah and Javed Akhtar as agents of Tukde-Tukde gang, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra on Saturday said that they remain silent on atrocities happening on people in Congress ruled states.
The minister accused all three of creating ruckus on incidents happening in BJP ruled states.
“People like Shabana Azmi, Naseeruddin Shah are the agents of sleeper cell of Tukde-Tukde gang who create ruckus only on incidents that happened in BJP ruled states, while keeping silent on what is happening in Congress ruled states like Rajasthan and Jharkhand,” Mishra said.
pic.twitter.com/fPpaTLKbzx

The minister gave this statement while replying to a question by a journalist in Bhopal. He was asked that Shabana Azmi is giving scathing remarks on events happening in Gujarat, which was in reference to the Bilkis Bano case.
Mishra said that when Kanhaiya Lal was murdered in Rajasthan, then she did not say anything, now our daughter was burnt alive in Jharkhand, did she say anything?, the minister questioned.
“But if any incident happens in BJP ruled states, then Naseeruddin Shah gets scared in the country,” he added.
Azmi recently said that she is not only shocked but also felt deeply ashamed by Gujarat government’s decision to free 11 Bilkis Bano case convicts.
