New Delhi: The controversial law which allows the linking of the Aadhaar Card and  also the Voter ID Card is set to face a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of India.

The lawsuit has been filed by Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala with the demand to repeal the law. The apex court will be hearing the case tomorrow.

In the petition floated by the Congress leader has claimed that the law is unconstitutional and in complete violation to the right to privacy and also right to equality.
