New Delhi: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Wednesday met Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and leader Rahul Gandhi in the national capital. Nitish Kumar arrived Delhi on a three-day trip where he is expected to play a key role in ‘uniting the Opposition’.

Bihar deputy Tejashwi Yadav and JD(U) chief Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh also accompanied Nitish Kumar. The meeting was held at the residence of Congress chief Kharge.

As political experts suggested, Nitish Kumar is likely to fill in the gap between Congress and rest of the Opposition to confront Prime Minister Modi in 2024 Lok Sabha election.
