Several videos have been surfaced on the internet showing the big villas inundated in knee-deep water. A video showed that the luxurious cars were rotting standing in the water as the residents vacated their homes on tractors.
There are many reasons to explain why the water could not be drained out of the city. One of the them is commercial greed.
