Oommen chandy hospitalised

Oomen Chandy : Late Monday Night, Former Kerala Chief Minister was admitted to NIMS Hospital, Neyyattinkara. His son confirms the news on social media. In a Facebook post he said that Chandy has been diagnosed with a mild onset of pneumonia. Former Kerala CM was admitted to the hospital due to high fever.

Pinarayi Vijayan inquire health update

Oommen Chandy’s son thanked Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan for calling and inquiring about the health situation of his father. He also mentioned that Vijayan offered to send the Health Minister to the NIMS hospital.

Health Minister Visits hospital

Early Tuesday Morning Kerala Health Minister Dr. Veena George visited the hospital to inquire about the health condition of the former CM. Veena George said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, I visited the hospital to meet  former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in the hospital.

The Health Minister further said that the CM has called Oommen Chandy’s son today. He said that a medical board has been constituted in the hospital under the leadership of Dr. Manju. Medical board will take care of the treatment of the Oommen chandy. Health minister said that former chief minister will be monitored at top priority.
