“We will attend the NDA meeting in Delhi on 18th July. The post of minister is not important for me. Now there is no competition in Uttar Pradesh,” Rajbhar added.
The SBSP, also known as the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, initially formed an alliance with Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party to contest the 2022 Assembly election. However, in July of the previous year, Om Prakash Rajbhar decided to terminate the alliance with the Samajwadi Party.
Lately, there have been speculations that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is engaging with Om Prakash Rajbhar in order to enhance the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) prior to the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
