Noida: Because of the Shravan Shivratri Kanwad Mela-2023, the traffic route diversion plan has been issued by the police. Diversion of heavy vehicles from 20.00 hrs on July 6, 2023, till 22.00 hrs on July 17, 2023
Traffic on the route from Delhi to Moradabad or Bareilly
Heavy vehicles going from Delhi and Ghaziabad towards Moradabad/Bareilly, from Lal Kuan via Dadri, Secunderabad, and Dasna Peripheral Motorway, will get off at Dadri GT Road and reach Moradabad via Secunderabad, District Bulandshahr, Narora, Babrala, Bahjoi, Dibai, and Chandausi. If any heavy vehicle arrives at the Chijarsi toll plaza from Dasna for any reason, it will be sent back to the Peripheral Expressway.
All types of heavy vehicles coming from Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Haridwar, and Dehradun from Haryana, Rajasthan, and Delhi N.C.R. will be diverted from Chijarsi toll plaza via Nizampur flyover, Sona petrol pump flyover, Tatarpur crossing, and Tiala underpass to the destination via Kithore, Parikshitgarh, Mawana, and Bahsuma.
Traffic going from Meerut to Moradabad via Mawana Road, Meerapur Barrage, Bijnor Kotwali, Dehat Nagina Dhampur, Kanth, and Chhajlat will go to Moradabad.
Traffic going from Moradabad and Uttarakhand (District: Udhamsinghnagar, Almouda, Nainital) towards Ghaziabad, Delhi
(a) Moradabad via Chhajlat, Kanth, Dhampur, Nagina, Kotwali Dehat, Bijnor, Meerapur Barrage, Mawana, Parikshitgarh, Kithor Tiyala, Under Pass, Tatarpur Chauraha, Sona Petrol Pump Flyover, Nizampur Flyover, Chijarsi Toll Plaza, and will go to Ghaziabad, Delhi.
(b) Traffic going from Moradabad to Delhi Ghaziabad will be diverted from District Moradabad via Sambhal, Babrala, Narora, Diboi, Bulandshahr, and Sikdarabad to Ghaziabad, Delhi.
Traffic going from Gajraula to Ghaziabad, Delhi: Gajraula Chopla via Mandi Dhanaura, Chaudpur, Haldor, Bijnor, Meerapur Barrage Mawana, Parikshit Garh, Kithor Tiala underpass, Tatarpur Chauraha Sona Flyover, Nizampur Flyover, Chijarsi Toll Plaza After Ghaziabad, I will go to Delhi.
Vehicles going from Meerut towards Delhi or Ghaziabad will go to Ghaziabad or Delhi via Tiala, Tatarpur Square, Sona Petrol Pump Flyover, Nizampur Flyover, and Chijarsi Toll Plaza.
Diversion of small vouchers for 20:00 hrs on 08.07.2023 till 22.00 hrs on 17.07.2023
Small vehicles coming from Delhi and Ghaziabad and going towards Moradabad or Bareilly, from Dasna via the Peripheral Motorway, get off at Dadri GT Road and reach Sikdarabad, district Bulandshahr, Narora, Babrala, Bahjoi, and Dibai. They will go to Moradabad via Chandausi.
All types of small vehicles coming from Meerut, Munagar, Saharanpur, Haridwar, and Dehradun will go from Chhijarsi toll plaza via Nizampur flyover, Sona petrol pump flyover, Tatarpur square, and Tiala underpass to their destination via Kithore.
Traffic going from Meerut to Moradabad: Meerut via Mawana Road, Mirapur Barrage, Bijnor Kotwali, Dehat Nagina, Dhampur Kanth, and Chhajlat will go to Moradabad.

(b) Traffic going from Moradabad to Delhi Ghaziabad will be diverted from district Moradabad via Sambhal, Babrala, Narora, Diboi, Bulandshahr, and Sikdarabad to Ghaziabad, Delhi.
Gajraula Chopla via Mandi Dhanaura, Choudpur, Haldor, Bijnor, Meerapur Barrage, Mawana, Parikshit Garh, Kithor Tiala Under Pass, Tatarpur Chauraha Sona Fly Over, Nizampur Fly Over, Chijarsi Toll Plaza Via Ghaziabad, I will go to Delhi. A vehicle going from Meerut towards Delhi and Ghaziabad will go to Ghaziabad and Delhi via Tiala, Tatarpur Chauraha, Sona Petrol Pump Flyover, Nizampur Flyover, and Chijarsi Toll Plaza.
The Kanwariyas going towards Amroha/Moradabad/Rampur/Bareilly by taking water from Brajghat will go through the road towards Brajghat and go towards Amroha through the fixed lane of NH-9. On the other side of the divider (on the left side from the Brajghat Aarti site), only light and essential service vehicles are allowed to go on the lane.
Kanwariyas going towards Hapur, Meerut, Baghpat, and Bulandshahr after lifting water from Brajghat will go from Brajghat on the fixed track of NH-9 (left road from Brajghat towards Hapur). Only light and essential service vehicles will ply on the other side of the divider.
Small and essential services Vehicles coming from Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Hapur and going towards Amroha, Moradabad, will come to Brajghat and move on the right lane after passing through the Palwada check post barricading.
Light and small vehicles going from Meerut towards Bulandshahr will go to Bulandshahr via Tiala and Tatarpur intersections, coming from the Sona Petrol Pump flyover in the designated lane (right side).
Light and small vehicles going from Bulandshahr to Meerut will go to Meerut via the Sona Flyover, Tatarpur Square, and Tiyala.
In addition to the above, on every Monday of the month of Shravan, the diversion of all types of heavy and light vehicles will be applicable as per the following format:
