Ambala Truck Traveller Collison: Seven people were killed and twenty injured in a bus accident on the Ambala-Delhi-Jammu National Highway in the early hours of May 24. The bus that met with the accident was carrying pilgrims to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine on Friday. The relevant authorities are investigating the cause of the bus accident.

The minibus headed for the Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir left Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday evening. There were about 30 people on the plane and all the passengers were relatives, one of the injured told reporters.

The collision seriously damaged the front of the minibus. Seven passengers, including a six-month-old baby, were killed and 20 were injured.

The bodies were scattered on the road, and the heads of the wounded were bruised and bleeding. The children cried a lot because of the pain. The belongings, slippers, and clothes of the wounded and dead were all stained with blood. The passenger was seriously injured. The people trapped there crossed their arms to save their lives. The scene was seen on the Delhi-Jammu National Highway in Haryana’s Ambala district this morning.

Passers-by somehow managed to free the passengers, took out the injured, and took them to the hospital. The Mohra police station took the bodies into custody and sent them for autopsy. The accident was caused by a collision between a truck and a passenger, in which about 7 people died. Among the dead is a 6-month-old innocent girl who was found unconscious.

This caused a terrible accident

The investigation by Mohra police station involved recording statements from the injured. One of the injured individuals stated that the road was empty and Reisija was driving at her speed. Upon reaching Mohdan, the truck began to move. The truck driver also exceeded the speed limit and suddenly applied the brakes. According to the injured, a vehicle may have hit the truck driver.

The passenger lost control of the speed due to sudden braking, resulting in a collision with the truck in front. Immediately after the collision, a strong impact caused the passenger to be dragged and fall in the middle of the road. All the passengers and children emerged from the vehicle through broken doors and windows, landing on the road. Some individuals became trapped in the damaged structure of the passenger vehicle. Upon hearing the loud noise of the accident, nearby individuals ran to the scene and initiated a rescue operation, alerting the police.
