Delhi Police has issued an advisory stating that the ahead of PM Modi’s visit in the national capital, people are requested to avoid Dhulsiras Chowk, Sector 8-9 intersection, Carmel Chowk Sector-20, Janaki Chowk near Sector-23 police station and Pochanpur flyover Sector-23 Chowk to avoid any inconvenience.

Ahead Of PM Modi’s Visit, Delhi And Gurugram Police Issued Traffic Advisory

PM Modi: In the wake of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating the most awaited section of the Dwarka Expressway on Monday, Delhi and Gurugram Police have issued traffic advisory to facilitate people in commuting across the cities in a hassle-free manner.

Delhi Police Traffic Advisory

Delhi Police has issued an advisory stating that the ahead of PM Modi’s visit in the national capital, people are requested to avoid Dhulsiras Chowk, Sector 8-9 intersection, Carmel Chowk Sector-20, Janaki Chowk near Sector-23 police station and Pochanpur flyover Sector-23 Chowk to avoid any inconvenience.

Delhi Traffic Police also informed that the movement of the vehicles in Dwarka Expressway will be controlled from 8 am to 2 pm.

Apart from these, the routes which are advised to be avoided by the people are Transport Authority Office, Sector-21 Metro Station to Pacific Mall Cut, Golf Course Road to Dhulsiras Chowk, Bharthal Chowk to Dhulsiras Chowk, Bamnoli and Chhawla Road.

Police said that the people commuting to railway stations, hospitals and ISBTs are advised to plan beforehand.

Gurugram Police traffic advisory

However, Gurugram Traffic Police also issued advisory and informed about ban on movement of heavy vehicles on the road.

A senior Gurugram traffic police official said that PM Modi will also address a rally near Antriksh Chowk here on the same day, due to which there is a possibility of traffic jam in the area.

They said that hence it is advised that people going towards IMT from ‘Dwarka Clover Leaf’ till 4 pm on March 11 should use Antriksh Chowk route only when it is absolutely necessary.
