Dasara box office collection Day 6: Natural Superstar Nani is enjoying the positive response to his recently released film, Dasara. The Srikanth Odela-directed revenge film is succeeding well at the movie office. The movie is just a few hours away from joining the Rs 100 crore club. Dasara appears to have survived the Monday test and is doing steadily at the box office, according to trade reports.

Nani’s Dasara opened in theatres in five languages on March 30 amid high anticipation. Both moviegoers and critics have given the movie favourable reviews.

The trade reports claim that the weekday curse has no effect on Nani’s Dasara. The movie reportedly made $3.50 million in India on April 4. With this, the net revenue in India has reached Rs 64.80 crore. 19.54% of people watched the Telugu version.
The movie is making cash registers ring and brought in $1.75 million (about Rs. 14 crore) in the USA.
About the movie
Srikanth Odella made his directorial debut with Dasara. The main roles are played by Nani, Keerthy Suresh and Deekshith Shetty. The film is a revenge drama set in the village of Veerapally in Telangana. The film talks about caste politics, power dynamics and friendship.
The film was produced by Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, composed by Santhosh Narayanan, edited by Naveen Nooli and shot by Sathyan Sooryan.
