Avatar 2 box office collection Day 26: Even over a month after its debut in India, Avatar: The Way of Water is doing incredibly well. The movie has already surpassed a billion dollars in worldwide box office revenue. It is now getting close to surpassing the $2 billion threshold as well. The movie has been doing well and continues to run strong despite other releases in India as well.

Early estimates indicate that the movie’s total domestic take on its 27th day in India was close to Rs. 2.30 crore. This amount is respectable given that the movie has been out for almost a month and is still raking it in on a weekday. According to Box Office India, during the fourth week, the movie has been doing especially well in the South.
According to Box Office India, “The business remains strong in the South with Tamil Nadu leading, but the contribution from South will drop as big local films start coming from Wednesday. The collections of the film stand at 355 crore nett which is 12 crore nett less than Avengers Endgame but the GROSS numbers stand at around 458 crore and that is more than Avengers which was 437 crore GROSS.”

One of James Cameron’s most eagerly awaited science fiction films is Avatar: The Way of Water. The Sully family, which consists of Jake, Neytiri, and their children, is followed throughout the movie.
