CBSE class 10 and 12 supplementary exam 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared that the supplementary exam form for classes 10 and 12 will be released tomorrow, June 1, 2023. 

This form is for the students who have been placed under compartment or wish to improve their scores. This examination is also for the students who were absent due to valid reasons.

Eligible candidates can visit the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in before June 15, 2023.

Students are informed that the supplementary examination will take place from July 17, 2023, and will follow the same syllabus and format as the regular exam.

CBSE class 10 and 12 supplementary exams 2023: Application fees

Regular candidates will fill out the exam form online through their schools, while private candidates can do so directly on the CBSE website. Regular candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 300 per topic, and if the form is filed after the deadline, there will be a late fee of Rs. 2000.

How to apply online by the schools?

To submit an online application, schools must first create a list of all students from their login, choose the roll number and topic for each student, make the final selection, pay online, and then create a final list with an authenticated copy for school records.

In case of any inconsistencies, schools should immediately contact the relevant regional office of the Board. The dates for downloading admission cards will be separately announced.

Students who take this extra exam have the opportunity to raise their grades and pass the topics they had previously struggled with, improving their academic opportunities and prospects.
