New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon declare the CBSE Result 2023. As per the reports, the CBSE 10th 12th Result is expected to be released in the second week of May.

Once declared, candidates will be able to check it on the official websites – cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in

The evaluation of Class 10 answer-sheets was over around April 16, 2023 and the evaluation of Class 12 was completed in the last week of April. Based on this update, CBSE is now preparing to declare the result.

Candidates who have appeared for the CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams in India and abroad can check their results through various platforms – websites, mobile apps and also through SMS.

  • cbse.gov.in
  • digilocker.gov.in
  • DigiLocker app
  • UMANG app

This year CBSE Board Exam 2023 for both Class 10 and Class 12 started on February 14, 2023. Class 10 board exams ended on March 21 and class 12 exams on April 5, 2023.

A total of 38,83,710 students – 21, 86,940 class 10 and 16,96,770 class 12 – were eligible to appear for this year’s exam.

CBSE Board Result 2023: Steps to download through DigiLocker

  • First of all go to Digilocker.gov.in.
  • Then tap on the CBSE Result link.
  • Fill the required details.
  • Finally click on submit to view your mark sheet.
  • You can check the result like this from the website
  • First of all go to the official website cbseresults.nic.in.
  • After that click on the result link.
  • Enter the personal details and submit.
  • The result will be in front of the students.
  • Download a copy of the result and keep it with you.

Passing Marks 

To pass the CBSE 10th-12th examination, all the students have to score 33 percent marks in each subject. Candidates getting less marks than this will be considered failed.

At the same time, students unhappy with the number will be able to apply for scrutiny. While students who fail in one or two subjects will be able to give compartmental exam.
