Hyderabad: The Narsingi police have arrested popular YouTuber Harsha Sai on charges of rape and blackmail, Deccan Chronical reported.

Quoting from the complaint, Narsingi inspector Hari Krishna Reddy, told the publication that the victim has accused Harsha Sai of filming her private videos and photos and blackmailing her using them.

The inspector said that the investigation is in progress. Sai Harsha content on YouTube mainly focuses on philanthropy. He has more than 10.9 million subscribers on YouTube.
According to Gulte, a woman had on Tuesday filed a complaint against the YouTuber at the Narsingi police station.

The woman also claimed that Harsha Sai cheated her on the pretext of marrying her as he took Rs 2 crore from her.
