Greater Noida: In a shocking incident, six shots were fired during an altercation between a resident and security guards in Greater Noida. The argument erupted over parking and turned physical with punches thrown at each other. The incident took place at Radha Sky Gardens in Sector 16 B of Greater Noida. The resident, Gaurav Sisodia, who owns a pub, was allegedly drunk and reportedly fired with his licensed gun. Fortunately, a major accident was averted as the guards managed to escape the gunshots.
Police informed that they have registered case against Sisodia and action will be taken after the investigation.
‘NDTV’ quoted a resident who said that some residents and guards had been arguing over parking for a few days. On the incident, he said that the two sides exchanged blows and verbal abuses thrice on Monday. “Late at night, a resident opened fire in the name of self-defence. He fired six times. Thankfully, no security guard was injured. Gaurav Sisodia, who lives here and owns Tathastu pub in Greater Noida West, had a drunken brawl with the guards and opened fire,” he added.

Sisodia is accused of threatening to hit the guards. Viral videos show him arguing with a guard and daring him to slap him. He accuses the guards of misbehaving and asks them to slap him. He is heard saying, “Come on, just touch me once.”
What Did Police Say?
DCP (Central Noida), Shakti Mohan Avasthy, said that Sisodia had fired in the air during his altercation with the guards over a parking dispute. “We have registered a case following a complaint by the security officer of the residential complex. We are checking the CCTV footage for further action,” added the DCP.
