Mumbai: An 8-year-old girl has allegedly raped by a man aged 65 years who used to teach arabic to the victim. A case has been registered at Sewri police station.
The police has registered a cased under Sections 376 (Punishment for rape), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of IPC and Protection of Children from of Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The accused was arrested from Sewri area and presented in the court. More details are awaited in the matter.
