Gold and Silver rate update: Gold on Thursday witnessed a rise of Rs130 per gram and reached the price of Rs 60,743. While the rate of Silver registered a surge of Rs 681 and touched the level of Rs 75621 per kg. The increase in the price of precious metals has put extra burden on the common public ahead of wedding season and seasonal festivals like Akshaya Tritya.

It is estimated that this Akshaya Tritya gold is crossed the 65K mark which is much more than the all-time high rate. Today the silver rate has crossed the Rs 75,000 level. The rate of silver had also crossed Rs 75,000 on Wednesday, but the closing was at a lower level. Even today the rate of silver is open above Rs 75,000.

Gold, Silver on IBJA

According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association, today the rate of  gold has opened at the level of Rs 60743 per ten grams. At the same time, it had closed at the level of Rs 60613 per ten grams on the previous trading day.  Thus, today gold opened with a gain of Rs 130 per ten grams. Gold is currently selling cheaper than its all-time high by about Rs 38 per 10 grams. Gold made its all-time high on April 5, 2023. At that time gold had gone up to the level of Rs 60781 per ten grams.

Whereas today the rate of silver is open at Rs 75621 per kg. Silver had closed at the rate of 74940 per kg on the previous trading day. Thus, today the rate of silver opened with a rise of Rs 681 per kg. Today the rate of silver is trading at a speed of Rs.621 from all time high.

Gold on MCX

The futures trade in gold for June 5, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 60,841.00 with a gain of Rs 213.00. On the other hand, the futures trade of silver on May 5, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 76,136.00 with a gain of Rs 223.00.
