New Delhi: Royal Enfield recently launched the Hunter 350 bike in Retro, Metro and Metro Rebel variants priced at Rs 1.49 lakh, Rs 1.63 lakh and Rs 1.68 lakh respectively. It is the most affordable offering from the Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer in the country.
It now looks like the company will introduce the new generation RE Bullet 350 in the coming months. Apart from that, RE is planning three new 650cc bikes to arrive sometime next year. Here is a brief description of the upcoming Royal Enfield 650cc motorcycles.
ROYAL ENFIELD Super Meteor 650
The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 was recently spotted in its final production version. The model carries a retro-style circular headlight, chrome protective covers and a large windshield on the front. It also features alloy wheels with bias-ply tires, a thicker rear fender, front footpegs and a low suspension.

At the rear, the bike has a dual exhaust system, a round tail light and turn indicators. In terms of features, the Super Meteor 650 will offer a semi-digital instrument panel and a smaller Tripper navigation pad. It will be powered by a 648cc parallel twin FI engine derived from the RE 650 twins.
ROYAL ENFIELD Shotgun 650
The upcoming RE Shotgun is surely one of the awaited new Royal Enfield 650cc motorcycles. It’s basically the production version of the RE SG650 Concept bobber that broke cover at EICMA 2021. The bike has a round halogen headlight, halogen turn indicators and split seats.
There are pea-shooter exhausts with a black finish and fenders as seen on the typical bobber. Features such as a dual-pad semi-digital instrument cluster and a smaller Tripper turn-by-turn navigation pad may also be on offer. The new Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 will share its platform, engine, suspension and braking mechanism with the RE Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650.

ROYAL ENFIELD Scrambler 650
The Chennai-based bike maker is said to be working on a new 650cc scrambler, which was recently caught testing in the UK. The model looks like a road-biased scrambler that probably shares its underpinnings, components and engine with the RE 650cc twins.
The test mule features a newly designed headlight, a ribbed one-piece banana seat, scrambler-style side guards, a commuter-style grab bar, and a shorter rear fender. One of the main advantages of the motorcycle is the new exhaust pipe.
